General Hospital Spoilers: Runaway Rocco Skips Town to Save Parents and Himself

During the General Hospital weekly preview, a scene is shown where Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) is looking at some passports, with two bags packed at her front door.

She tells Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that she’s prepping to ensure she and Rocco can leave town – if need be.

Dante lets her know immediately that he plans to stop her at all costs.

So, it looks like these two will get into another blowout fight.

The next scene shows Rocco in his living room, staring at his passport.

All arrows are pointing to another plot twist in this storyline, so could the teen decide to head out on the run … alone?

Rocco has been spiraling mentally, for weeks now.

The young man is traumatized by not only what he witnessed on the pier, and Ross Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes) rage, but *almost* taking the WSB Director’s life.

He’s also deathly afraid of Cullum and what he might do it him, and how he could hurt Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) if the truth comes out.

In addition, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) taking the blame for Rocco has added to the boy’s guilt, especially since his brother from a different mother, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) has essentially been left parentless in the aftermath of Jason’s “shooting confession”.

To boot, Rocco knows that his parents have been bickering about how to handle this situation, and he feels awful for being a major source of their stress.

With his passport in hand, could Rocco decide that the best course of action is leaving PC for good?

The teen is not thinking straight as it is, and since Lulu seems to think they may have to skip town, Rocco might feel it’s for the best that he saves his parents some heartache and just exit on his own.

Of course, this is the last thing that Lulu and Dante would want.

Plus, running away could place Rocco in an even more dangerous situation.

From the people he’ll encounter while being out there in the big world on his own to Cullum possibly learning about Rocco’s runaway and putting two and two together that the teen shot him – this plan could end up blowing up in his face.

General Hospital spoilers for the week of May 18 state that Rocco will continue to spiral and could end up making yet another bad decision as he continues to cope with the lies, secrets, and scandals he’s hiding.
